  • For customized holiday packages, cancellation charges may apply based on the time of cancellation and supplier terms.
  • Service fees, processing charges, visa fees, travel insurance premiums, and non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded unless otherwise specified.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method after we receive the refund from the respective service provider. Processing times may vary depending on banks and suppliers.

Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or airline operational disruptions, refunds will be subject to the policies of the respective travel providers.
